Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from the U.K.

All U.K. orders with a value of £60 or over are eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise stated.

U.K. orders with a value of less than £60 are charged with a shipping fee of £3.49, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping for promotional items may be processed at different rates.

All U.K. orders are processed within 1-3 working days, and subject to standard delivery times of 2-4 days.

International orders are subject to the same processing time but take 3-17 working days to ship. Any potential delays due to customs are not included within the estimated shipping time, and do not give right to any compensation or cancellation. All international shipping is calculated at checkout, excluding potential taxes and duties charged on delivery.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included within the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all taxes/import duties which may be charged on delivery. Please check with your local customs authority to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing. These charges are usually collected by the freight company prior to delivery, or at the point of delivery, therefore they are not additional shipping fees from us. All product values will be declared accurately and in line with international regulations. 

In the event of failure to pay the required taxes/duties to receive the item, the order may either be returned to us or discarded by customs. In this case, your order will be deemed cancelled. We will process a refund after deduction of any cancellation fees, taxes/duties incurred and any shipping fees for the return of the order.
