What size should I order?

Size guides are included on all of our product pages. You can refer to this to find out about the sizing of any specific product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payments, including but not limited to: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal etc.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes, your order can be modified or cancelled if it has not yet been processed by us. Please contact us here stating your order number and any relevant information.

If your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel and will instead have to initiate a return.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Although this rarely happens, mistakes do happen sometimes. If you have received the incorrect order, please contact us here with your order number, pictures of the items received, and any further details and we will rectify this free of charge.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders are dispatched on a 2-day tracked delivery service. Processing and packaging at our facilities generally takes 1-3 days, giving a total delivery time of 2-4 days.

Please note that these are working days and processing times can increase during busy periods.

Where is my order?

To track your order, please use our tracking page with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have placed an order to the wrong address, please get in touch with us here, stating your order number and correct address.

Whilst we will do what we can to amend your delivery address, we will be unable to change it once your order has been handed over to the courier.

What if I miss my order?

If your order is undelivered for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery, plus an additional handling fee.

Please contact us if your order has been returned to sender and we will help to organise re-delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return/exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, and would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us here, stating your order number and reason for your return or exchange.

How long do I have to initiate a return or exchange?

We allow up to 28 days after you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Do I have to pay for a return or exchange?

Yes, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of shipping the order back to us.

We will provide shipping labels and take payment once your return or exchange has been approved.
